How To Use	1. Make the paste of powder with normal/lukewarm water/rose water/milk/honey as per need & apply it over the wet body. Scrub it gently over the wet body for a few minutes, allow it to dry partially and then wash with bath water or as directed by physician. 2. Men’s Hygiene - Apply the paste over the male genitalia, glans penis and scrotum. Massage gently and wash it after one minute with normal water. Thrice a week. 3. Women’s Hygiene - Apply the past over the external genitalia (vulva) and wash up as the routine procedure. However for inside cleaning (vaginal canal) add one spoon of Shubh Snanam in 500 ml of hot water. Keep it for 15 minutes. Filter it and then wash the vaginal canal (douching) as the hot water gets lukewarm. Douching can be done once in 7 or 15 days.
